The Village Of Fayette's Police Department is comprised of a full time Chief of Police, two full time officers and several part-time and auxiliary officers. The Police Station is located in the main office of the Municipal Building located at 102 W. Main Street.

Since the safety of our residents is our top priority, the Fayette Police Department provides 24 hour on call/staffed coverage for residents and businesses of the community. The Police Department also provides other services for the community such as security at school sporting events and festivals.
